Stripping away ornamentation, the design relies on the raw beauty of fair-face concrete and geometric repetition. The facade features a strategic arrangement of "Jali" (concrete screen blocks) that serves a dual purpose: privacy for residents and natural ventilation through the building envelope. The result is a structure that feels both monolithic and breathable — a response to Dhaka's dense urban fabric.
